Job Summary
PhoneBox is seeking a User Experience Designer to design and deliver user-centered digital and graphic solutions across web, e-commerce, and marketing platforms. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients, coordinating production, and ensuring design outputs meet functional, visual, and usability standards.
Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years OR equivalent professional experience
Field: Graphic Design or related discipline
Experience
2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop user experience and visual assets for digital and marketing materials
Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to define design objectives and requirements
Prepare sketches, wireframes, layouts, and final graphic elements
Adapt and refine existing illustrations and designs
Produce 2D and 3D digital illustrations and animations
Select appropriate media and formats to achieve intended visual and communication outcomes
Coordinate production for print, audiovisual, and electronic materials
Estimate timelines and manage design deliverables
Supervise and support 1–2 junior designers or technicians as required
Coordinate subcontracted design work when applicable
Maintain organized project files and documentation
