 Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Technicians: Lead, mentor, and support technicians. Monitor their work performance, provide guidance, and ensure that vehicles are reconditioned efficiently and in accordance with dealership quality standards.
- Productivity Management: Identify and remove bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and ensure technicians have the tools, parts, and information they need to work at maximum productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly inspected and reconditioned according to dealership standards, addressing mechanical, cosmetic, and safety issues before being returned to sales.
- Collaboration with Sales & Management: Communicate regularly with the sales team and the Used Car Manager regarding vehicle status, timelines, and priorities. Work together to minimize downtime and expedite vehicle readiness for resale.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of components and minimize delays.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and time spent on reconditioning. Prepare reports on productivity, vehicle readiness, and other key performance indicators for management review.

 Languages: English
 Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required
 Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
