Urologist Job

Tasks
- Prescribe post-operation medication and treatment
- Treat diseases and injuries
- Study the nature, cause and development of diseases and the structural and
functional changes caused by diseases
- Act as consultants to other physicians
- Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures
- Diagnose, treat, and help prevent benign and malignant medical and surgical disorders of the genitourinary system and the renal glands.
- Conduct office-based consultations and assessments for patients with urological problems
- Managing chronic and acute urological issues, including urinary tract disorders, prostate health, and bladder issues
- Perform minor in-office procedures such as circumcisions and vasectomies, as well as cystoscopies and urodynamic testing
- Provide patient education and counselling on preventative care and treatment options

Credentials, Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses 
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
