High-priority hire due to patient demand, Sign-on bonus ($20-30k)
OB/GYN Physician
would sponsor J1 and H1B visas - Housing Stipend for relocation or temporary candidates offered - $1,500-$2k mo/up to 6 months.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive women's healthcare, from prenatal care to delivery and ongoing reproductive health management, in a collaborative clinical environment.
What You'll Do
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women across all stages of life
Manage prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum care
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Perform exams, order tests, and prescribe medications
Deliver babies with a focus on safety and positive outcomes
Provide care in both outpatient and hospital settings
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and leadership
Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and clinic improvements
Support a patient-centered, community-based care model
Precept medical students and NP/PA trainees
Ensure compliance with clinical, state, and federal guidelines
Rotate between clinic locations as needed
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Occasional weekends required
On-call: approximately 5–6 days per month
Required
Doctorate degree
3+ years of experience in ALL of the following:
Gynecology
Obstetrics & Gynecology
ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in California (CA)
Medical Doctor (MD) in California (CA)
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
