Job Requirements:
Your Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional support to customers through in-person interactions
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer product/service information
Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries
Assist with processing orders, updates, and basic account support
Gather and record customer information accurately
Communicate clearly and efficiently with both customers and team members
Follow company guidelines to ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience
Support daily operations and help meet service and team goals
Your Profile
You’re friendly, approachable, and enjoy talking to people
Strong communication and listening skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately
Able to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Prior customer service experience is a plus — but not required
You’re eager to learn and open to coaching
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
