Upper School Science Teacher Job

• Plan and prepare well-structured, clearly presented lessons appropriate to the abilities of all students and the syllabus being taught.
• Plan, prepare, and execute well-structured, clearly executed lab experiments.
• Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students' progress.
• Prepare students for later grades by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to persevere with challenging tasks.
• Encourage high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress.
• Promote high standards of behavior by encouraging a positive, proactive approach to study and build productive relationship with students.
• Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and to determine priorities for their children and their resource needs.

Master’s degree in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry or related.
