- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from a CCE-accredited program. New graduates welcome.
- Iowa chiropractic license, or license-eligible before start date.
- Willingness to train in upper cervical, knee chest, and subluxation-based care. Full technique training provided through the Knee Chest Society plus hands-on in-office mentorship. Prior experience with these techniques is not required.
- Comfortable working at high volume, 500+ visits per month, from day one.
- Community-facing: screenings, local events, and networking to bring in new patients.
- Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and makes a strong first impression.
- Active energy and stamina for a busy adjusting schedule.
- Coachable and open to ongoing mentorship and practice coaching.
- Able to work in or relocate to the Dubuque, IA area.
- Anticipated start: end of 2026 into early 2027.
