Position Info:
• Position: Chef
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $28.00~$35.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 200 Burrard Street Unit R020, Vancouver, BC V6C 3L6

Job Duties:
• Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of the restaurant
• Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods
• Estimate food requirements, food costs, and labor costs
• Plan menus and ensure foods meet quality standards
• Supervise activities of cooks and other kitchen staff
• Arrange for the purchase and repair of cooking equipment
• Involve in hiring and training of new kitchen staff
Job requirements:
• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
