UI/UX Designer Job

- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, prototypes, and interactive design concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with AI/Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Maintain and enhance the company's design system and user interface standards.
- Ensure responsive design and accessibility across multiple devices and platforms.
- Create visual assets, icons, illustrations, and interface components that support the Virtuasso platform.
- Participate in product planning, design reviews, and continuous platform improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about emerging UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and industry best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user interfaces.
- Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent visual design, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing SaaS or cloud-based software platforms.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows.
- Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
