UI/UX Designer Job

• Design intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces for AEROVIRTUOSO’s aerospace training platform across desktop, mobile, and immersive training environments.
• Conduct user experience research to evaluate usability requirements for aerospace trainees, institutional administrators, and enterprise customers.
• Create wireframes, interface layouts, design systems, prototypes, and interaction flows for platform modules and training dashboards.
• Collaborate with software and VR development teams to ensure accurate implementation of interface and usability requirements.
• Review user testing feedback and recommend interface improvements to enhance accessibility, navigation efficiency, and engagement.
• Maintain consistency in visual design standards across the platform’s web and immersive training environments.
• Support iterative product improvement through usability analysis and design optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Experience in interface design, digital product design, or SaaS platform design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
• Understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and interaction design methodologies.
• Experience with immersive interface design, AR/VR environments, or simulation platforms is an asset.
