Position Overview:
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with at least two years of experience to join our team in Tempe, AZ. This individual will play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for our new CRM system. The designer will work closely with our Software Development team and AI Engineers to create seamless integrations of AI-driven features within the CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with developers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to design user-friendly CRM workflows and AI-powered tools.
· Conduct user research, gather requirements, and translate insights into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
· Design and refine end-to-end user experiences with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and efficiency.
· Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure visual consistency across the product.
· Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs for improvement.
· Support integration of AI features, ensuring they provide clear, valuable, and intuitive interactions.
· Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX and AI-driven interfaces.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
· Proficiency with modern design/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
· Strong ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (able to support or write light frontend code when needed).
· Solid understanding of design principles, user research, usability testing, and responsive design.
· Experience collaborating with developers and technical teams in agile environments.
· Familiarity with CRM platforms and/or AI-driven applications is a plus.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creativity and practical implementation.
