Job Description:
• Preparing, organizing, and maintaining turnover documentation packages in accordance with project and client requirements.
• Coordinating with project teams, quality control, engineering, and construction departments to gather and verify all necessary turnover documents.
• Reviewing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and client standards.
• Tracking document submissions, approvals, and revisions through project document control systems.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of document logs, checklists, and tracking reports for turnover packages.
• Ensuring all records, drawings, and certifications are properly compiled and formatted before project handover.
• Identifies deviations from established equipment, product, or process standards and provides recommendations for resolving deviations.
• Supporting audits and responding to client requests for documentation and records.
• Collaborating with project management to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of turnover documentation.
• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with company policies and data management standards.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required in Quality Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
