Tasks
Ensure plan openings, transfers and contributions are in compliance with all applicable CRA rules and company policies
Monitor client investments
Analyze clients' financial records
Review and examine financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation
Assist with record management
Work with clients, issuers and Manager to coordinate the transactions, resolve issues and address inquiries.
Independently handle client and issuer correspondence via phone, and written communications.
Assist Manager in reviewing the Arm’s Length mortgage purchase and discharge documentation to ensure compliance with company’s internal checklists and provide to compliance department for processing.
Assist Manager in reviewing mortgage and security documentation, maintaining deadlines, and following up with issuer/borrower as required.
Support the Manager in special projects and process initiatives.
Store, update and maintain databases
Work with online accounts and systems
Answer inquiries from clients and other company personnel
Co-ordinate administrative services
Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Disburse trust monies
