TRUSS LEAD Job

We are seeking experienced Truss Leads to supervise a production team and assist with the construction of roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

* Lead, train, and support truss assembly team members
* Read and understand shop drawings and work orders
* Accurately set up truss jigs for production
* Measure and cut wood at the required angles
* Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications
* Install gussets and connector plates
* Operate roller machines and other production equipment
* Move, stack, and organize completed trusses
* Monitor production quality and safety
* Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

? Minimum one year of truss-building or related leadership experience
? Ability to read shop drawings and use measuring tools accurately
? Basic math and measurement skills
? Strong communication and team-leadership abilities
? Reliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
? Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive physical work
? High school diploma or GED preferred
? Must pass a background check and drug screening
