Work Experience: Will train
Job Duties:
?? Assemble truss components accurately using approved drawings, measurements, and production specifications.
?? Measure, cut, and position lumber and hardware to meet quality and structural standards.
? Inspect completed trusses for alignment, fit, and workmanship before they move to the next stage.
?? Follow all shop safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment at all times.
?? Work closely with supervisors and team members to keep production on schedule.
?? Move, stack, and organize materials and finished products in a safe and efficient manner.
??? Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and basic production equipment as required.
?? Maintain a clean, organized work area and report any equipment or material issues promptly.
?? Other duties as required to assist to completion.
Job Requirements:
?? Completion of secondary school or equivalent is preferred.
? Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or wood products assembly is an asset.
?? Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
?? Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
??? Comfortable working with hand tools and basic shop equipment in a production setting.
?? Good communication skills and a reliable team-oriented attitude.
?? Willingness to follow workplace safety rules and seasonal production schedules.
