Truck Mechanic Job

Tire King Truck Repair Ltd. is looking for one Truck Mechanic for their business located at 12876 85 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3W 0K8. This is a full time permanent position with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

As a Truck Mechanic, you will be responsible for the following job duties:

- Repair or replace parts and components of trucks using hand or power tools.
- Inspect equipments to detect any faults and malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance on trucks including oil change, checking batteries and lubricating other equipment and machinery.
- Test and adjust units to specifications to ensure proper performance.
- Adjust and replace brake, tighten bolts and screws and reassemble equipment.
- Maintain and complete reports to record problems and work performed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Basic English as a language skill is required.

What we offer:

- $37.00 per hour
- Terms of employment: Full- time permanent job Position
- 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period.
