Truck Mechanic Job

Blackstar Truck & Trailer Repairs Ltd. is hiring one Truck Mechanic for their business located at 210-12451 82 Ave, Surrey BC, V3W 3E8. This is a full time position with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

As a Truck Mechanic , you will be performing the following duties:

Check trucks for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
Repair trucks.
Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment.
Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications.
Work with shop management to maintain schedules and priorities.
Follow procedures and guidelines.
Perform procurement of parts and materials.
Complete all documentation associated with equipment repairs.
Measuring vehicle emissions and making corrections to get them within legal limits.

What we offer:
$35.00 per hour
4acation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period
Terms of employment: Full-time permanent employment.

Completion of Secondary Education is required.
3 to 4 years of work experience is required.
