Duties and Responsibilities: Recommend measures to improve work methods; Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality; Train or arrange for training; Co-ordinate and schedule activities; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Recommend personnel actions; Co-ordinate repairs and rentals; Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers; Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
