Position: Truck Drivers Supervisor
Wage: 32.5/h
Working hour: from 10: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM/ 35-42 hours per week

Main job responsibilities:
1. Supervise the work activities of the truck drivers and coordinate with the other departments on business projects;
2. Train or arrange training for the truck drivers, ensure health and safety regulations are followed;
3. Arrange work schedule and assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment;
4. Take control and management of the materials and supplies, reasonably make requisition or order to meet the delivery requirement;
5. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve work methods;
6. Co-ordinate repairs and rentals;
7. Participate in personnel recruitment and promotions;
8. Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Requirement:
* Minimum college education
* Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or courier industry, minimum 3 years of experience in a supervision or management role;
* Good organizational skills and experience using basic tools such as to-do lists, day timer, daily follow-up, etc.;
* Good interpersonal and communication skills;
* Proven experience and good ability of working under pressure environment;
* A valid driver’s license in good standing will be preferred;
* Willing to work in noisy environment and on-site location
