Job Description
. Monitor, manage, and plan the work of truck-driving employees
. Set procedures for adhering to work timelines and coordinate with other departments
. Handle workplace issues and seek solutions to enhance performance
. Order materials and supplies
. Train personnel for job responsibilities, safety procedures, and company practices
. Assist in hiring and promotion procedures- Check routes to confirm estimated delivery times
. Make work related reports, estimate budgets and track expenses
