Crosspoint Cartage & Storage Ltd is hiring 3 full-time, permanent Long Haul Truck Drivers (NOC 73300) based out of Langley, British Columbia.

WAGE: $39.00 hourly / 50 to 60 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES - TASKS
- Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
- Mountain driving expertise
- Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
- Load and unload goods
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
- Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
