Job Responsibilities:
1-Load and unload goods.
2-Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
3-Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment.
4-Pay and receive payments for goods.
5-Perform brake adjustments.
6-Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.
8-Perform preventive maintenance.
9-Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
