Salary: 36.25 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : AZ class license, Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles)
Experience and specialization: Documentation knowledge, Accident or incident reports, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Maintenance and repair reports, Trip reports
Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence, Willing to travel for extended periods
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Handling heavy loads, Repetitive tasks
Personal suitability: Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player

Job Requirements:
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
- Load and unload goods
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
- Perform emergency roadside repairs
- Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
- Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
