Transport Truck Drivers operate and drive tractor-trailers and other heavy trucks to transport goods and materials over local, regional, provincial, and international routes. They are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of freight, conducting vehicle inspections, securing cargo, maintaining driver logs and transportation records, and complying with all applicable transportation and safety regulations. Transport Truck Drivers communicate with dispatchers and customers, monitor vehicle performance, and ensure that shipments are delivered efficiently and in good condition.

Operating commercial trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently
