• Monitor installation, operation, and maintenance of construction equipment, such as construction equipment excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, ADTs, to ensure performance standards.
• Diagnose equipment failures, recommend corrective actions, and optimize machine performance.
• Design and implement solutions to enhance mechanical system efficiency and compliance with specifications.
• Create and share technical training materials, including video content, for dealers and customers.
• Provide technical training and high-level troubleshooting support to dealer technicians and product service managers.
• Develop remote support systems for real-time diagnostics and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and develop new models and support systems.
• Support industry events like Con-EXPO with technical expertise and product demonstrations, etc.

• Four (4) years of work experience in roles involving technical support, equipment troubleshooting, or mechanical system maintenance.
