Position Info:
• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.90/hour
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 114 1 Avenue North, Trochu, AB T0M 2C0

Job Duties:
• Develop and implement efficient procedures to ensure daily operations run smoothly and service timelines are consistently met
• Oversee and coordinate kitchen and service staff to ensure food is prepared and portioned according to company standards
• Provide on the job training to employees on operational tasks, food safety regulations, and workplace hygiene practices
• Monitor food quality and customer service to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines
• Keep accurate records of inventory levels, equipment maintenance, sales performance, and product waste
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain service satisfaction

Job requirements:
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
