Treasury Manager Job

1.Plan and monitor short-term and long-term cash flow to ensure timely payment of educators’ and support staff salaries, facility rent, teaching supplies, and daily childcare operating expenses, and review overall financial performance.
2.Assess financial risks related to student enrollment levels, government childcare funding schedules, staffing costs, and operating expenses of the early childhood education programs, and prepare cash flow forecasts and financial recommendations for management.
3.Analyze the financial feasibility of classroom expansion, learning equipment purchases, and new childcare program initiatives based on enrollment demand and regulatory requirements.
4.Provide financial input for teacher staffing contracts, supplier agreements, facility leases, and funding-related tenders to support cost control and sustainable operation of the childcare centre.
5.Coordinate with banks, lenders, and government or sector funding partners, and follow up on financing or grant-supported projects related to childcare operations.
6.Maintain treasury and cash-management tools to track tuition revenue, childcare subsidies, operating reserves, and financial commitments.
7.Monitor loans, leases, and other financial obligations related to the childcare facilities, and prepare regular summaries of financial risk exposure.
8.Support the preparation of annual operating budgets and capital budgets aligned with student enrollment projections and staffing plans, and assist management with budget tracking.
9.Develop, update, and apply internal financial and treasury policies to ensure compliance with childcare regulations and support stable long-term operation.
