Salary: $36.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing is required;
- Ability to communicate in Japanese orally and in writing is an asset;
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
- TICO Certification of Travel Counsellor is not mandatory but considered as an asset;
- 2 years to less than 3 years of previous work experience as a travel consultant is required.

Job duties:
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work;
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems (e.g. Global Distribution System), and arrange for maintenance and repair work;
- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with Vancouver office as necessary;
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports;
- Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies;
- Handle emergency situations;
- Perform the same duties as a travel consultant if necessary.
