Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
Assist clients with travel bookings, including accommodations, transportation, vacation packages, and activities.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and needs.
Follow up with customers before and after travel to ensure satisfaction and support.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
Stay informed about travel products, promotions, and industry updates.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required; travel industry experience is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers, online booking tools, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
