Salary: 34.20 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per Week

Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Tasks
• Supervising and assessing the performance of logistics personnel responsible for tracking both inbound and outbound shipments.
• Planning and coordinating daily logistics operations, planning shipment schedules and optimizing delivery routes.
• Overseeing and coordinating dispatch operations, including assigning routes and schedules to drivers, setting work timetables, and maintaining effective inventory management systems.
• Addressing day-to-day operational challenges and escalating reports to upper management.
• Procuring necessary materials and collaborating with the production and dispatch departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Train staffs on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and adherence to company guidelines.
• Monitoring compliance with safety protocols and transportation regulations.
