We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the scheduling, tracking, and coordination of freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal resource utilization. To plan dispatch runs in an economical and timely manner, confer with the supervisor
As needed, maintain regular communication with the billing, safety, and accounting departments.
Organize and oversee the logistics of the transportation of components, materials, and supplies inside a business, making sure that these items are delivered and received on time.
Prepare and handle all customs paperwork for shipments from the US and other countries.
Work with the clients and drivers to ensure that the shipment is delivered on time.
Using computerized or manual processes, create and maintain a variety of reports on the work's progress.
