The Structure
- Job Title: Digital Leadership Development Partner
- Location: 100% Remote (Must legally reside and operate within the USA)
- Schedule: Full Autonomy (Design your own hours around your life or existing consulting practice)
- Compensation: Commission-Based (Competitive project-based earnings; independent contractor structure)

Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Connection & Vetting: Conduct intentional, professional phone interviews with incoming corporate inquiries.
- Digital Advocacy: Drive brand awareness across social media platforms, sharing the power of personal development.
- Content Curation: Write compelling, high-quality marketing copy for diverse digital ad networks (training provided).
- Funnel Strategy: Launch customized, pre-built landing pages to capture incoming inquiries (training provided).
- Community Leadership: Participate in and contribute to daily live collaboration calls with global high-performers.

Ideal Alignment
- A minimum of 5 years of post-education professional work experience.
- A deep, authentic passion for personal growth, self-mastery, and leadership concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A self-governing mindset—you thrive when given total autonomy and zero micromanagement.
- Must legally reside and have the right to work in the United States.
