Training and Development Specialist Job

A Training and Development Specialist is needed in Auburn, Alabama.

• Develop and coordinate employee training program in business operation for manufacturing of automotive parts, including suspension modules, fuel tank modules, pedal modules, and eco modules.
• Evaluate existing training program of the company and other available educational resources to develop and plan various training programs for employees to improve their job skills.
• Analyze company’s business operations to verify necessary training needs to maintain safe working environment.
• Review safety regulations, prohibited actions, state and federal regulations and laws to ensure offering of proper training program to employees.
• Develop orientation and training program and deliver it to new hires and existing employees to ensure excellence in their roles and responsibilities.
• Evaluate employees’ performance to assess and enhance the company’s training program.
• Prepare and organize training manuals, guidelines, course materials in providing an internal training program.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Education or related field of study.
