🔧 What We’re Looking For:
🛠 Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
📜 Technical Skills: Proficient in reading assembly drawings, specifications, BOMs, and component values.
🚀 Industry Expertise: Experience in Medical Devices (e.g., implants, surgical equipment) or Defense/Aerospace.
⚡ Knowledge: Familiar with ESD practices, board handling, and safety protocols.
💪 Physical Ability: Lift materials/equipment weighing 15-50 lbs.
💬 Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
🤝 Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team goals.

⚙️ Your Responsibilities:
🔩 Perform hand soldering and touch-up rework for SMT and through-hole components, including BGA and ICs, adhering to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards.
🔄 Execute rework tasks as per ECO, process deviations, or MPI instructions using leaded/lead-free solder and flux processes.
📐 Install and hand solder secondary operations and SMT parts per MPI and deviation processes.
⚡ Adapt flexibly to work on SMT and through-hole components as needed.

📍 Job Details:
📌 Location: Milpitas, CA
⏰ Shift: 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon to Fri)
💰 Pay Rate: $25 - $28/hour + OT
📄 Position Type: Contract
