Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, 40 hours per week



What you will be doing:

 Oversee all plant operations, including managing team leads, organizing workflow, coordinating material staging, assigning teams to projects, forming production teams, achieving scheduling targets, and meeting labor budget goals；

 Manage designated plant staff, track attendance, address tardiness, and promptly handle any employee-related concerns as they arise；

 Responsible for ensuring the team's safety by actively participating in safety initiatives and effectively communicating clear expectations for safe work practices；

 Ensures team safety by actively participating in safety measures and consistently communicating clear expectations for safe work practices.

 Complete incident investigations, root cause analysis and implements corrective actions accordingly in a timely and thorough manner.

 Conduct thorough incident investigations, analyze root causes, and promptly implement corrective actions as needed.

 Collaborate closely with Production Planners to synchronize toolroom operations with overarching production objectives

 Schedules daily mold setting, Mold PMs, cleaning and mold cavity repair activities.

 Creates and conducts employee performance assessments, offering timely coaching and counseling as necessary；

 Establish and uphold quality control protocols to adhere to industry standards and regulations.



Qualifications:

 At least 2 years of tooling supervisor working experience in manufacturing industry;

 High school or above education is required;

 Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and negotiation.;

 Required qualities include accountability, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision is essential;

 Must have a willingness to take a \\\"hands on\\\" approach during times of process interruption.
