Position Info:

• Wage: $39.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
• Oversee and coordinate the restaurant’s daily operations, including dine-in, takeout and delivery services, to maintain efficient and consistent service
• Review sales, operating expenses and labour requirements, and adjust staffing and operational priorities to help control costs and improve profitability
• Prepare staff schedules and assign duties according to business volume, employee availability and operational needs
• Supervise, train and evaluate kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure service standards, food quality and workplace procedures are consistently followed
• Participate in recruiting restaurant staff, assess employee performance and address performance or operational issues as required
• Monitor food, beverage, packaging and restaurant supply inventories, arrange replenishment and work with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels and costs
• Review menu and product costs and recommend pricing or operational adjustments based on ingredient costs, sales performance and restaurant expenses
• Establish and implement restaurant service procedures and operational standards to improve workflow, order accuracy and customer experience
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and applicable liquor service requirements
• Review cash and sales records, reconcile daily transactions and investigate discrepancies when required
• Respond to customer concerns and service issues and take appropriate action to maintain customer satisfaction

Job requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
