Title Clerk Job

Vincent J. Gallo Law Office, a busy Staten Island title agency and law office, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the title industry and be capable of managing a variety of clerical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Open and manage title files
• Order municipal searches and other required documents
• Track and update the status of title orders
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and client use
• Perform continuation searches and related title tasks
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all title documentation

Requirements:
• Prior experience in the title industry
• Strong working knowledge of title clerical procedures
• Proficiency with TrackerPro is required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload

Salary:
Salary will be based on experience and the number of years worked in the title business.
