Salary: $18.00 CAD per hour
Benefit: 3-week vacation calculated as 5.77% of annual salary per work year; overtime pay (over 40 hours per week and or 8 hours a day)

The Job
We are seeking an experienced tire technician to join our team.
Job Duties
• Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires and wheels
• Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
• Completing specialty tire work which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
• Performing lubricated services, draining/filling, air filter checks and replacements, general inspection and recommendation
• Ensuring that all checkpoints such as mufflers, exhaust pipes, absorbers, radiators and shocks are examined, replaced and installed properly
• Ensuring work area and all equipment is kept neat and tidy including cleaning/sweeping daily
• Taking ownership of your repairs and ensuring zero return-defects for customers’ vehicles
Job Requirements
• Completion of secondary school is required
• At least 1 year automotive tire experience
• Working knowledge of specialty tire services and wheels is an asset
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs
