M-F; 40 hr./wk. Conduct individual, group, family therapy, crisis intervention & counseling; perform and write in-depth psycho-social assessments & treatment plans; use treatment modalities, incl. CBT, DBT, Trauma Intervention, Substance Abuse, Co-Occurring; complete diagnostic assessments; monitor client progress; adhere to State & Board code of ethics; maintain accurate records & case files; prepare discharge plans; follow & maintain safety protocols; interact w/ stakeholders, including DCS, DDD & APSD; seek out regular supervision & case conceptualization of client files for more and/or different recommendations; perform “on-call" duties; maintain database of community resources; organize & participate in Child/Family & Adult Recovery Team Mtgs.; develop strategies & plans to respond to community needs; use EHR Software Platforms, incl.
