Position Overview:
We’re hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow B2B accounts in your assigned territory. You’ll spend your days on the road visiting contractors, remodelers, and showroom buyers, building relationships, promoting our products, and helping clients select fixtures that meet their needs and budgets.
This is a W-2 position offering base pay, bonuses, and uncapped commission. If you thrive on face-to-face selling, are self-motivated, and enjoy building long-term B2B relationships, this is the perfect role.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
Plan and execute daily territory visits to local contractors, design-build firms, showrooms, hardware retailers, and remodelers
Introduce new prospects to the acquSMK product line and share product catalogs, samples, and price lists
Educate buyers on cUPC compliance, solid brass construction, and finish options
Follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person drop-ins
Prepare and submit quotes, process orders, and coordinate with fulfillment
Track and document account activity, product interest, and next steps
Provide client feedback to internal teams and help improve sales strategy
Drop off displays or merchandising kits when needed (provided by us)
Schedule product training or promotional events with top clients

Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience desired but not needed to apply. We will train the right person.
Preferred: experience in building materials, plumbing fixtures, hardware, or home improvement
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable working in the field, face-to-face with customers
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking (or willingness to learn)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
