Territory Sales Consultant (Remote) Job

As a Territory Sales Consultant, you'll manage a defined region as if it were your own small business — building relationships with homeowners and referral partners, presenting proposals, and closing deals that make a real difference in people's lives. While the role is remote, you'll stay closely connected to your territory's needs, coordinating with our estimating and operations teams to make sure every customer's project moves smoothly from "yes" to completion.

Responsibilities
-Manage and grow a designated sales territory remotely
-Build relationships with homeowners and referral partners
-Present proposals and close sales
-Track territory performance and adjust strategy as needed
-Coordinate with estimating and operations teams on project handoff
-Represent RoofOhioInc professionally in all client interactions

This role fits a confident, self-directed salesperson who's comfortable owning results and doesn't need constant oversight to stay productive. You know how to read a room (even a virtual one), negotiate fairly, and close with integrity rather than pressure. Candidates with a track record in outside sales, real estate, or territory management tend to hit the ground running.

-Proven track record in sales or account management
-Strong negotiation and closing skills
-Ability to manage your own schedule and priorities
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-Valid driver's license preferred for occasional local visits
-2+ years of outside or territory sales experience
