The Role
We are seeking a confident, motivated and target-driven Telesales Agent to generate new
business through outbound calls. You will speak with business owners and decision-
makers, understand their requirements, introduce relevant Insightechs solutions and
generate qualified sales appointments and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound B2B calls to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and qualify prospective clients.
• Present Insightechs services clearly and professionally.
• Handle objections and confidently move prospects towards the next step.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales/consulting team.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
• Achieve agreed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or B2B sales experience is
preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Persuasive, resilient and comfortable handling rejection.
• Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
