Telemarketing Sales Representative Job

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Place cold calls to commercial and residential leads to promote cleaning services.
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, qualify leads, and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations and service appointments for our cleaning team.
Follow-Ups: Contact previous customers and potential clients to encourage service bookings.
Sales & Customer Service: Handle inquiries, explain our cleaning services, and address objections professionally.
CRM & Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and lead generation goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales team to refine lead generation strategies.

Sales & Persuasion Skills: Ability to confidently pitch services, handle objections, and close deals.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven: Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using CRM software, email, and call scripts.
Previous Telemarketing/Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Experience in cleaning services, home improvement, or B2B sales is a plus.
