Duties:
• Supervise, manage, and organize the tasks of employees.
• Coordinates the installation of wiring, fixtures, power systems, telecommunications ,and cable systems.
• Address and solve complex work-related issues and propose measures to enhance efficiency.
• Make recommendations regarding hiring and advancement.
• Develop strategies to meet deadlines and coordinate activities with subcontractors.
• Source necessary materials and supplies.
• Make required arrangements for the training of employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and generate progress reports on work.
• Supervise and schedule the work of apprentices, assistants, and laborers in related tasks.
