Telecommunication line technician Job

Cable Control Systems is looking for a full-time permanent Telecommunication line technician- NOC- 72204.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Inspect and test cable signals and associated equipment.
-Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment.
-Read blueprints to determine work requirements.
-Repair cable signals.
-Test equipment to locate transmission faults.
-Install trunking systems, circuits and equipment.
-Complete and maintain test and service reports.
-Determine nature, cause and location of trouble.
-Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders or other support structures.
-Connect, disconnect and relocate cable outlets.
-Determine work assignments.
Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access.
-Repair or replace faulty cables, power supplies, and amplifiers.
-Splice, join and connect wires.
-Repair or replace defective telephone equipment.
Education Required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience Required: 2 years to less then 3 years
