Salary Offered: $92310.00
• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing processes for equipment production. • Interpret and work with blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate and high-quality manufacturing. • Conduct thorough inspections, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). • Travel domestically to perform SATs, inspect installations and startups, and take measurements at client manufacturing facilities for layout design. • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maintain optimal functionality. • Coordinate and execute equipment installation and startup procedures. • Maintain and update parts lists to optimize inventory management. • Manage projects involving multiple disciplines, including: o Electrical systems o Hydraulics o Compressed air systems o Mechanical assembly • Design layouts and create technical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. • Develop layouts and equipment solutions for the beverage, food, and pharmaceutical industries, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitary design standards. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
