Prepare detailed documentation in connection with the filing of patent applications by interviewing the inventors about specifics of the invention for patent applications, then completing complex patent specification using established terminology. Create or refine illustrations and diagrams submitted by the inventor, ensuring they meet formal requirements for patent drawings. Analyze office actions by comparing the claimed invention with prior art references, evaluating structural and functional differences, and assessing whether the rejection can be overcome. Prepare and file response to office action including detailed arguments against the patent examiner's rejection reasons or amendments of the patent specification to reduce the scope of patent right to avoid rejection.
