Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Technician to join our team. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teammates to further develop their project knowledge. The technician is to test and maintain the robotics equipment, and troubleshooting issues with the robotics.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide remote (mainly)/onsite hyper-care support after implementation, such as software
(mainly) and network troubleshooting and system firmware upgrade.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the implementation to take over the
knowledge from the implementation team.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
Keep track of users' system issues until they are resolved by adhering to the agreed
timelines and SLAs.
Interact with clients through phone, emails or chats and provide unambiguously written
instructions or technical manuals.
Facilitate and drive cross-department collaboration and communication.
Job Requirements:
College diploma in mechanics, electric & electronics, computer engineering/science or related discipline.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Online collaboration tools proficiency is required.
MS office suite proficiency is required.
Ability to facilitate and drive cross-department collaboration and communication.
Willing to learn and have attention to details.
Fluent in English
Linux Experience is a Must-Have
At least one-year professional experience, software/ MySQL database/network product support
industry is preferred.

Salary: $74,880/annum, 40 hours/week
