Job Description:
– provide operational technical support for platform continuity and day-to-day troubleshooting
– resolve issues related to account access, authentication, workflow interruptions, system errors, and platform usability concerns
– support recovery monitoring functions and provider-side visibility tools during controlled deployment
– coordinate issue escalation with developers and external technical consultants when required
– monitor platform stability, incident reporting, and service continuity during early operational use
– assist in maintaining system reliability for patient-facing and provider-facing environments
– document technical incidents, recurring errors, and resolution procedures
– support secure access management and operational continuity planning
– contribute to workflow refinement based on real user and institutional feedback

Job Requirements:
– diploma or degree in information technology, systems administration, computer support, or a related discipline preferred
– experience in technical support for digital platforms, healthcare systems, or secure operational environments is preferred
– strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
– understanding of secure access systems, protected authentication, and platform continuity requirements
– ability to coordinate between users, technical teams, and compliance requirements
– healthcare technology support experience is considered a strong asset
