Technical Support Analyst Job

Job Duties:

Provide access to computer networks and business systems

Respond to users experiencing computer, network, or internet difficulties

Research and implement solutions using user guides and technical manuals

Report on the performance of computer systems and networks

Set up and install computer equipment, operating systems, software, and cables for employees

Provide advice, training, and customer service support to users

Maintain logs of technical problems and solutions for reference by support staff

Expirence: 1 to atleast 7 months
Computer and Technology Knowledge:

Internet applications

MS Windows operating systems

Spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Excel)
